Del Webb

Del Webb communities, except Del Webb Explorer, are age-qualified communities. At least one resident must be 55 years of age or older, no permanent resident may be under the age of 19 (18 in certain communities), and additional restrictions apply. Energy Efficiency and Savings

Homes may be designed with features, construction techniques, and materials to help reduce energy usage. Actual energy costs can vary from month to month and are dependent on multiple factors including utility rates, energy consumption, household size, occupancy, appliance usage, floor plan, home orientation, and weather conditions. Pulte provides no guarantee on the actual energy efficiency or cost savings that will be achieved by each homeowner.

ENERGY STAR®

ENERGY STAR and the ENERGY STAR mark are registered trademarks owned by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”). Pulte is an ENERGY STAR partner. ENERGY STAR certified homes are independently verified to meet strict energy efficiency requirements established by EPA’s ENERGY STAR Residential New Construction program. Features and Plans

Features, amenities, floor plans, site plans, elevations, dimensions, specifications, options, materials, and designs (“features”) of individual homes vary by plan and community and are subject to change or substitution. Pulte reserves the right to make changes to any features without prior notice. Photos and renderings are for illustrative purposes only; they may not accurately reflect the condition of a home or community as constructed, and may depict features that may not be available on all homes or that are available for an additional cost. Any dimensions and specifications (including square footages and distances) shown are approximate. Maps and site plans may not be to scale. The position of the home on the lot will be determined by the site plan and plot plan. Home Energy Rating System (HERS® Index)

A HERS® Index Score may be displayed in connection with Pulte’s homes. The HERS Index is a registered trademark of the nonprofit Residential Energy Services Network (“RESNET”).

A HERS Index Score, developed by RESNET, is a numerical score typically ranging from 0 to 150 that measures a home’s energy efficiency by comparing it to a reference home built to the 2006 International Energy Conservation Code, which scores 100. Founded in 1995, RESNET sets rigorous standards for this system, training and certifying HERS raters who perform detailed inspections and diagnostic tests. Using specialized software, raters generate scores where lower numbers indicate better efficiency—a score of 70 reflects 30% less energy use, and a score of 0 signifies a net-zero home producing as much energy as it consumes. RESNET maintains a national registry of rated homes and promotes energy-efficient building practices through collaboration with builders, policymakers, and utilities.

The HERS Index Score, and the estimated energy costs, are estimates only and are based upon the average energy performance for specified home categories as determined by RESNET. Pulte does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that all homes have been individually rated, that all features of a home have factored into the rating, the accuracy of the rating, or that a rated home will achieve the stated HERS Index Score or energy costs shown. The HERS Index Score is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended to demonstrate regulatory compliance with any specific state’s energy codes.
